• We prioritize cleanliness by doing our day to day cleaning.
• A key to having a peace of mind is safety. We assure safety by putting emergency plan and guidlines inplace.
Excepting multiple forms of income & Payments
• At Mumin Kind Hearts, we understand that everyone's financial situation is different. That’s why we accept multiple forms of consistent income, including SSI, SSDI, retirement, employment income, and other reliable sources.
• We also offer flexible payment options—we accept cash, money orders, and digital payments (such as CashApp, Zelle, etc.) to make things easier for you.
Utilities and Wifi included
• No extra bills to worry about—your rent covers everything!
